On the special day of November 10, 2023, Senator Imee Marcos led the Ribbon Cutting and the Inauguration Ceremony as APMC-Aklan celebrated the beginning of the hospital’s new journey. Governor Jose Enrique “Joen” Miraflores, Vice Governor Atty. Reynaldo “Boy” Quimpo, Aklan 1st District Representative Carlito Marquez, Mayor Juris Sucro of Kalibo, APMC-Aklan Board of Directors, Doctors, Medical Staff, and Non-Medical Staff attended the ceremony. During the ceremony, selected staff of APMC-Aklan showcased their talents to entertain the guests as the Inauguration Ceremony was streamed live on the APMC-Aklan Facebook page.
